01. Unboxing Video Required

Record a continuous unboxing video from start to finish. The shipping label and full opening process must be visible.

02. Report Within 24 Hours

Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. Include order number, photos, and video proof.

03. Inspection & Verification

Our team reviews submitted evidence. Verified cases proceed to replacement or resolution.

04. Replacement Policy

Confirmed damaged items qualify for replacement. Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible.

05. What Is Not Covered

Damage caused after delivery, misuse, water exposure, or improper installation is not eligible.

06. Missing Components

If any component is missing, report within 24 hours with full unboxing documentation.
