RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Venture Frame, every piece is handcrafted and quality-checked before dispatch. Our goal is to ensure that what arrives at your door reflects the precision and standard of our brand.

Please review our return and refund guidelines carefully.


1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver across all cities and districts of Pakistan.


2. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 Business Days

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Saturday (09:00 – 19:00)

  • No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery timelines may vary during high-volume periods or national holidays.


3. Order Verification

For high-value orders, Venture Frame may:

  • Contact you via WhatsApp or phone for confirmation

  • Request partial advance payment (where applicable)

  • Verify delivery details before dispatch

This process ensures order security and minimizes delivery failures.


4. Damaged or Incomplete Orders

If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or incomplete:

  • Record a continuous unboxing video from start to finish

  • Do not pause or cut the video

  • Ensure shipping label is visible in the video

You must contact Venture Frame within 24 hours of delivery.

⚠ Refund or replacement claims require video proof.
Claims without video evidence may not be approved.


5. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

✔ Item received damaged (with valid video proof)
✔ Incorrect item delivered
✔ Manufacturing defect

The item must be:

  • In original packaging

  • With all protective materials intact

  • With certificate (if applicable)

  • Without any signs of use or modification


6. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

✖ No unboxing video is provided
✖ Damage occurred after delivery
✖ Product was customized or personalized
✖ Light installation was added on demand
✖ Change of mind after order confirmation

All customized or on-demand pieces are considered final sale.


7. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • The product will undergo inspection

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund method will match original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via:

  • Bank transfer

  • Digital wallet (JazzCash / Easypaisa)

Courier cash reconciliation may take additional time.


8. Address Modification

If you need to update delivery details:

  1. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp

  2. Provide your order number

  3. Share updated information

Changes cannot be guaranteed once the parcel is handed to the courier.


9. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive:

  • WhatsApp confirmation

  • Email confirmation

  • Tracking number

You may track your shipment through our courier partner’s website.


10. Force Majeure

Venture Frame is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier disruptions

  • Incorrect address details

  • Recipient unavailability

However, we will always communicate transparently regarding any delay.


11. Our Commitment

We do not sell mass-produced décor.

Each Venture Frame piece is built with precision and inspected before dispatch. Our return policy protects both the collector and the integrity of the product.
