At Venture Frame, every piece is handcrafted, inspected, and packaged with precision before dispatch. Below you will find our domestic and international shipping guidelines.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within:

1–3 business days
Customized or lighting-upgrade pieces may require additional preparation time.

You will receive confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp once your order is approved and prepared for dispatch.


2. Domestic Shipping – Pakistan

We deliver to all major cities and districts across Pakistan.

Delivery Timeline:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Saturday

  • No delivery on public holidays

Delivery time may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

COD is available in selected areas.
High-value orders may require order verification or partial advance payment.


3. International Shipping

Venture Frame ships worldwide.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • International Delivery: 5–12 business days
    (Varies by destination and customs processing)

Delivery timelines depend on:

  • Destination country

  • Customs clearance

  • Local courier handling

  • Public holidays

Tracking information will be provided once dispatched.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Destination

  • Package weight & dimensions

  • Courier service selection

Exact shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

International orders may incur:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Clearance fees

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Packaging Standards

All Venture Frame products are packaged using:

  • Protective internal cushioning

  • Secure structural support

  • Tamper-resistant wrapping

  • Reinforced outer box

Box Frame editions receive additional protective layering to prevent damage during transit.


6. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive:

  • Email confirmation

  • WhatsApp notification (where applicable)

  • Tracking number

You may track your shipment through the courier partner’s website.


7. Delivery Delays

Venture Frame is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Recipient unavailability

However, we will assist in tracking and resolving shipment issues.


8. Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery address:

  • Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email

  • Provide your order number

Address modifications cannot be guaranteed once the parcel has been dispatched.


9. Failed Delivery / Return to Origin

If a package is returned due to:

  • Customer refusal

  • Incorrect address

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

Reshipping charges will apply.

International return shipments due to unpaid customs duties may result in deduction of shipping costs from any eligible refund.


10. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Record a continuous unboxing video

  • Contact us within 24 hours

Claims require proper video documentation.
